Atompark is seeking a Client Support - Customer Care individual to join the team.</p><p>This is a full time, permanent role based in Chernihiv, we are paying depending on skills and experience but we are open to students as well as experienced professionals in IT support. No IT working experience is required.</p><p>The role operates on a shift system and we consider needs of each member of a team.</p><p>The main duties of the Client Support - IT Helpdesk individual are to:</p><p>Be responsible for day-to-day support helping clients with sales and support questions about products we develop.</p><p>Ensure the appropriate collection of customer support feedback</p><p>Build and maintain relationships with customers and clients</p><p>Escalating any issues</p><p>Assist other members of the team when required</p><p>What we offer:</p><p>Salary</p><p>A review of salaries usually on a regular basis.
